Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Unlike most Etsy shops, we want our customers to feel confident in their clothing, which is why we offer a one time exchange for a different size. Below are the instructions for our exchange process:
- We must be contacted within 3 days of the package being delivered to begin the exchange process.
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping of the incorrect items, as well as shipping of the new items. Be sure to obtain tracking information, and provide us with the tracking as well. Once we receive the original shirt back, we will send you an invoice for the re-shipping fee. Your new package will not be shipped until this invoice has been paid!
- The package must be delivered back to us within 7 days of original delivery date.
- **The shirt coming back to us must be in brand new condition. If the shirt is not in the condition we sent it to you in, we have the right to deny the exchange and will return the used item back to you. Please note: the exchanged item must be kept free of any smoke, and / or animal hair.
- ** If you are exchanging 2+ items, we do have a restocking fee of 20%
**Holiday, sale / clearance, and custom items are not eligible for exchange. All sales are final on these items!
While we do issue exchanges, we do not issue refunds / returns.
